Terms of service

1. Overview and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of indoluxestudio.com and any purchase you make from Indo Luxe Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform and checkout we use to sell to you.

2. Products, colour and sizing

Our pieces are often embroidered, embellished, dyed or finished by hand. Small differences in stitching, colour, print placement and embellishment are part of that craft and are not defects.

  • Colour. We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look different depending on lighting and your screen.
  • Sizing. Please check the size guide and measurements on each product page before you order. Because all sales are final, choosing the right size is your responsibility. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before you buy and we will help.
  • Availability. Most pieces are made in limited runs and rarely restock. A product showing on the site does not guarantee it is in stock until your order is confirmed.
  • Jewelry. Our jewelry is fashion jewelry, not fine jewelry, unless a product page says otherwise. Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions to help the finish last.

3. Pricing, payment and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars unless you choose another currency at checkout. Converted prices are estimates, and your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

  • Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Order acceptance. Your order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
  • Pricing errors. If we list a price in error, we may cancel any order placed at that price, even after confirmation.
  • Cancelling your order. Because all sales are final, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you contact us right away and your order has not shipped, we will try to help, but we cannot promise it.
  • Discount codes. One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday ship that Thursday, and orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Thursday. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery times. Delivery dates from carriers are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.
  • Address. Please double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
  • Lost or stolen packages. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for it passes to you. If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier and us within 48 hours and we will help you file a claim.
  • Free shipping. Free shipping offers apply to the order total after discounts and may change at any time.

5. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit, including for sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind. By placing an order you confirm you have read the product details and size guide.

  • Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, or you received a different item than you ordered, email us at indoluxestudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If we confirm the problem, we will repair, replace or refund that item at our choice. Claims made after 48 hours, or for items that have been worn, washed or altered, cannot be accepted.
  • Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may lead us to cancel future orders and share order and delivery records with your card issuer.
  • Sale items. Discounted and sale items follow the same final sale terms.

6. Accounts, reviews and communications

  • Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Reviews and photos. If you post a review, photo or comment on our site or tag us on social media, you give us permission to show it on our site and social channels, with credit to you, without payment. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to our products.
  • WhatsApp community. Our WhatsApp community and styling chats are a courtesy. Styling advice is our opinion only, and messages there do not change these Terms. Please be respectful; we may remove anyone who spams or harasses others.
  • Emails and texts. If you sign up for our list, we will send you news about drops and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Order and shipping emails are sent regardless.

7. Our content and how you may use the site

The Indo Luxe Studio name, logo, photos, product descriptions and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reuse them, including our product photos, without our written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or place orders using someone else's payment details.
  • Buy products for resale without our written approval.
  • Scrape, copy or collect data from the site using bots or automated tools.
  • Interfere with the site's security or try to access parts of it you are not meant to.

Our site may link to other websites, such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
  • Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it within 30 days.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
